JOB DESCRIPTION
Org. Setting and Reporting
The incumbent is responsible to the assigned Senior Fleet Management Officer
Responsibilities
• Coordinate all Import/Export Freight activities, including quotation, booking, documentation, data
• Issue bills and invoice to clients and agent and organize documentations and properly keep all shopping records
• Communicate on a daily basis with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, warehouse contact, sales representatives.
• Knowledge of carriers and schedules
• Verify weights and dimensions of cargo
• Handle requirement for dangerous or controlled goods and ensure to have proper export controlled permits, licenses, etc
• Monitor outbound/ inbound traffic activities for load quality and accuracy.
• Ensures all documentation, such as invoices, AWB and other related documents for outbound /inbound shipments is completed accurately and forwarded to the appropriate party.

Education
– Successful completion of Diploma Business Administration Certificate.
Work Experience
– Minimum of four years’ clerical experience in logistics is required.
– Two year experience in Distribution Operations is required.
Languages
– Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Assessment
– Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
